Westminster basement

This basement is 700 sq ft with LVP plank flooring throughout. The living room's main feature is a board and batten wall with a 90" TV flanked by matching 50" TVs. Also in the living room is a custom dart board wall that hides the basement electrical sub-panel. The wet bar has quartz countertops, painted cabinets, faux stone backsplash and custom shelves with Philips HUE color LED strips. The office/workout room has the egress window, a ceiling fan and a barn-door closet which allow for this to be designated as a bedroom. Finishing up the space is a full-size bathroom with faux-tile shower walls and a glass shower door.
